What is your cancellation policy?
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by the clinic.

How long do I need to wait after injectables or laser before booking?
If you’ve recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, laser, peels, microneedling, or microblading we kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.
